Bob Malcomb has spent his career reading buildings — what is holding, what is moving, and what it will take to make it right.
A licensed engineer with a Purdue University engineering degree, Bob provides structural design, foundation inspections, and framing assessments for homeowners, builders, and business owners throughout Southern Indiana.
He inspects homes and foundations for buyers, banks, and real estate agents. When a house shows signs it settled sometime in the past, the structure is sound a large share of the time — or it can be fixed without a theater of piers. Most of the problems he sees are water under the foundation. It needs to be removed, and kept out.
Every inspection is done by Bob himself. There is no crew handing your report to a stranger and no pressure to buy anything.
