Bob inspects the structure himself. Depending on the question, that includes the foundation and drainage, accessible crawlspace or basement, floor and roof framing, bearing walls, beams, and the pattern of cracks or movement you called about. He is there to read the building you have, not to upsell a repair.
Photos you send ahead of time help. They do not replace being there.

You receive a licensed engineer's assessment: what was looked at, what is happening, and what should happen next — which may be 'nothing structural,' 'fix the water and monitor,' or a specific repair or design. Banks, buyers, and builders can work from that letter.
In Deputy, Indiana the inspection is a flat $400. Elsewhere in Southern Indiana you get a quote before anything is scheduled. You hear back within 15 minutes of calling.
