Residential Structural Design & Remodel Engineering

A remodel is a structural project the moment you change how the house carries load. Bob sizes the beam, checks the bearing, and puts it on a drawing your builder can build from.

Process

How the work runs

  1. 01

Share the plan, sketches, or photos of the wall or addition.

  2. 02

Bob confirms scope and a quote before design starts.

  3. 03

He checks the existing structure as needed, then sizes the new work.

  4. 04

You receive drawings or a letter the builder and building official can use.

Inspections in Deputy are a flat $400. Work beyond town is quoted before anything is scheduled.
